Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This competition is run by Jamma Conservation & Communities.

2. Competition Period
   The competition will run from 13 to 24 April 2026 inclusive. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to all individuals.
• Entrants must have a valid and active Instagram account.
• Employees, volunteers, or anyone directly involved in the administration of the competition may enter unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:

• Visit the Living With Wildlife photography exhibit during the Competition Period.
• Vote for one (1) photograph only.
• Provide their name and email address via the voting method provided.
• Follow the Promoter’s official Instagram account: @JammaCandC.

5. Entry Restrictions

• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
• Votes for more than one image will be disqualified.
• Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize

• The prize is one (1) £100 CASS Art voucher.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

8. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

• The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry by 30 April 2026.
• The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of being contacted.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

• By entering, participants agree that their name and email address will be collected solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
• Personal information will not be shared with third parties and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Entries that are fraudulent, offensive, incomplete, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
